Hailing from the lush, volcanic islands of the Indonesian archipelago, Vanilla planifolia finds an ideal home in the region's equatorial climate. The consistent warmth and high humidity create the perfect environment for these delicate orchid vines to thrive. Cultivation is often undertaken by small-holder farmers who rely on generations of knowledge, employing traditional and sustainable agricultural practices. This careful, hands-on approach, from meticulous hand-pollination to a patient, multi-stage curing process, is fundamental to developing the bean's signature complexity and depth.
We offer both Vanilla planifolia and Vanilla tahitensis, each cultivated and cured to highlight their unique characteristics. Our selection spans Gourmet, Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C beans, ensuring options for premium culinary use as well as large-scale production needs. Beyond whole beans, we provide an extensive range of vanilla derivatives, including pure vanilla caviar, dry seeds used in extraction, naturally crystallized vanilla with visible vanillin frost, finely milled vanilla powder, and rich, concentrated vanilla paste. For manufacturers and formulators seeking maximum potency, we also produce premium vanilla oleoresin, along with both alcohol and alcohol-free extracts. Together, these offerings capture the full spectrum of Indonesian vanilla’s aroma, depth, and versatility.

Keep your vanilla beans fresh and aromatic by following these simple best practices
- Airtight glass container: Store beans in a dark, airtight glass jar or tube — glass preserves aroma better than plastic.
- Cool, dark place: Keep at room temperature (approx. 18–22°C / 65–72°F), away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Avoid refrigeration/freezing: Refrigerators and freezers cause condensation which can lead to mold and loss of aroma.
- Vacuum sealing for long-term: Vacuum-seal for extended storage or shipping; once opened, transfer to an airtight glass container.
- Occasional airing: If stored for many months, open the jar briefly every 4–6 weeks to equalize humidity and prevent mold.
